General Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Saturday) from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sunday will be processed the following business day.
Business Hours: Our business hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Domestic – US):
Delivery Time: 5-15 Business Days.
Shipping Cost: $6.99 for orders
We currently do not offer international shipping, we will provide you with specific information when we implement this into our service.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and some international locations. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries not listed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the link provided or directly through our website under “Track My Order”.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Address change requests can only be accommodated before the order is shipped.

Delays in Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

Jenaa Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where necessary but are unable to provide refunds or replacements in such cases.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns Policy.
