Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may return any T-shirt purchased from Jenaa Store within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. The T-shirt must also be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
    • Custom or personalized T-shirts.
    • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping Your Return: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, you may exchange your T-shirt within the 30-day return window. The item must be in its original condition. Please contact us to arrange the exchange, and note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Labels: We do not provide prepaid return labels. Please use a reliable shipping service to return your items.
